In 2000, Tina and Brian Horner founded Pemberton Electrical Supply Company.
Brian is a 1991 graduate of Pemberton Township High School, a former United States Marine, and has worked at multiple electrical supply houses. Brian learned the electrical supply business the old-fashioned way – by doing virtually every job in the business at one time or another. Starting out as a "counter guy", Brian has served as both an Inside and Outside Sales Representative, Warehouse Manager, and Order Picker. He has even been known to jump in the truck and drive! Going into Pemberton's 25th year, Brian still happily fills in any role in the company if it will benefit a customer.
Tina is a 1992 graduate of The Lawrenceville School and holds both a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. She is a former Quality Control Specialist and Logistics Manager for L'Oréal Cosmetics Company. She and Brian decided to combine her credentials with his common sense approach to create Pemberton Electrical Supply. Today, they still utilize their complementary strengths to operate the business.
For Tina and Brian, Pemberton Electrical Supply Company represents their version of the American Dream. They built a small family business together not to be the biggest, but to aspire to be the best. The company is as much about people as it is about products.
